Your face is not visible. If you are sitting in a dark room, please switch on some lights. If you are sitting next to a Window, please draw the curtains.
Please align your face to the center of the circle and stick as close to it as possible so you are clearly visible. Please adjust your webcam/laptop lid/monitor to align to the center. It could sometimes take upto 5 seconds for your face to be mapped.
